Throughout these episodes, he will speak with two pioneers in the osteoporosis treatment field, Socrates Papapoulos and Felicia Cosman. These ASBMR members have been critical in harnessing the genetics of high bone mass disorders for their translation into a potent and now widely used anabolic therapy for osteoporosis, romozosumab.Dr. Felicia Cosman is the Professor of Clinical Medicine at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons who holds a long history of being an investigator in many clinical trials exploring various strategies for the use of osteoanabolic or bone forming therapies for osteoporosis.
