One of the game's top coaches is moving to the front office and we want to hear all about it.   Barry Trotz joins the show today but this time as the in-coming General Manager of the Nashville Predators. We talk to Barry about how this decision came about, why he wants to make this change and his driving force to return to Nashville.   We also get an idea about Barry's philosophy heading into his new position and what his experience as a head coach brings to the table on today's episode & much more with our conversation with Barry Trotz.  

Can't say we were planning on talking golf with the two Daves but we rolled with the punches on today's episode as we welcomed Dave Hodge and Dave Perkins to the show.   With the breaking news of the PGA/LIV Tour merger, we try to break down the information we know so far and figure out just what exactly this means for the sport of Golf.   After the break we discuss the Toronto Blue Jays and their decision to send Alek Manoah down to the Florida Complex League. 

Just Bob and John for ya today as we take a look at both the NBA and Stanley Cup Final and go over some of the recent storylines in the sports world.   With Las Vegas becoming the hot bed for professional sports teams lately, Bob and John take a look at what the impact of a MLB team AND NBA would have to the city and question whether adding more teams will convolute the pro sports market in Vegas.   We also make sure to discuss the Stanley Cup Final between the Florida Panthers & the Vegas Golden Knights before heading over to the NBA Finals, Alek Manoah's rough start to the season and much more on today's show    

Our New England area sports expert is back as Bob Ryan joins Bob and John for some Boston based sports talk to start off the week.   We begin with the Boston Red Sox and Major League Baseball with Mr.Ryan giving us an update on the general feel for the Red Sox within the fan base in Boston before broadening our conversation to MLB's Scheduling issues, their relocating teams and more.   After the break, the three talk a lot about basketball as we find out from Bob where the Celtics are at - Do they blow up the team and try again? Or are they good enough to run it back next year and win it all?

Ending the week off with a good ol' fashioned roundtable talk as we welcome Doug Smith and Paul Jones onto the show to talk about the Toronto Raptors.   With Toronto being the only team in the NBA without a coach, we spend the majority of the show discussing the teams options to replace Nick Nurse and who we think would make a good fit. We then break down the team's roster and wonder who will be back next year, who's gone for good and whether or not Masai Ujiri and the Toronto Raptors should commit to a full on re-build.
