The Toronto Raptors reportedly have interest in New York Knicks big man Mitchell Robinson per Jake Fischer... but why? In Episode 2127, Sean Woodley goes solo to talk about the Raptors' reported interest in Robinson and why it makes absolutely zero sense for Toronto at this point in their team build before digging into scouting reports on a couple more prospects. Off the top, Sean gets into why Robinson is such a bizarre rumoured target for a Raptors team without much room to add in free agency and already employs a paint-bound big man with health concerns in Jakob Poeltl. Next, Sean gets into why Meleek Thomas of Arkansas is a ton of fun as a prospect, even if he's a tad hooper pilled. Is he a better guard prospect than Ebuka Okorie? Lastly, Sean talks about Tennessee wing Nate Ament, who doesn't nearly have the star power that he seems to get projected upon him, but is there a helpful if underwhelming role player in there?
