Not So Grand Jury

A whole section of our conversation in the last episode on Judgment at Nuremberg hit the cutting room floor, mostly because we didn't think you, as the listener, wanted a 2+ hour episode.  Well, we picked it up off the floor and made it a sidebar!  So, enjoy a conversation amongst the three of us, mostly led by Mike, which was presented as "what would happen after a Nuremberg-trial-esque situation?", but mostly became a "Geoff and Mike's checklist to get America back on the right track."

Geoff, Mike, and Derrick discuss the 1961 film Judgment at Nuremberg.  Among other things, we discuss the actual Nuremberg Trials, the differences between reality and the fictionalized version of the Judges Trial in the movie, judicial independence.

Geoff, Mike, and Derrick discuss an episode of King of the Hill that revolves around a new employee Rich, voiced by Ben Stiller, harassing all of the employees.  Our primary discussion is on sexual harassment in the workplace, and we also discuss some related issues including appropriate processes for investigating employee complaints.
