Pink Noise

An interview with Katy Pinke, the multi-disciplinary artist, about her recent full length albums and tour of Europe. Just back from a month long tour of Europe, the UK and Ireland, we discuss what she's been up to and what we can look forward to in the coming weeks. We get into specifics about our mutual love of Elliott Smith and other artists' works she covered with guitarist Will Graefe on their album Patterns. Clips of Katy Pinke's music come from her full length albums Strange Behaviour and her self-titled. We also hear a clip of a live performance in London with her bandmate and collaborator Nico Osborne.

Graham Ulicny spoke to Pink Noise from a Seattle airport hotel lobby, during a brief stop on a nationwide tour playing keys with The Faint. We talked about the new album Terry's Dolmen and the stories behind the songs. Pink Noise listeners will remember Shane McCord from episode 15 with Sham. Shane played classical guitar and clarinet on Terry's Dolmen, and we heard from Graham about how his friendship with Shane began.
