Episode 11. In the spring of 2029, Amy Stirling seemed to have everything she wanted. She was dating a movie star, her best friend had just been elected president, and she was at the start of a new global tour. However, as the tour’s kickoff draws nearer, she attracts the attention of the last person in the world she wants anything to do with: Lawrence Donahue, the leader of a dangerous, cult-like sect. As he threatens her with violence if she doesn’t call off an upcoming performance, Amy finds herself faced with a terrifying choice.
Be advised: this episode contains strong language, drinking, discussions of politics, scenes of danger and menace, and depictions of religious fundamentalism and cult behavior. It also mentions, but does not depict, violence, kidnapping, death, terrorism, and police activity, all centered on or involving extremist religious organizations. Viewer discretion is advised.
