In this episode, Bricky, DK, and Kirioth dive into the Severan Dominate, a rare example of a faction actually managing to secede from the Imperium of Man. On paper, seceding is as easy as just quitting, but the real difficulty is keeping the secession going. Led by the "pious" Duke Severus XIII, this splinter faction has held itself together in a dangerous area of space. Believing the Periphery sub-sector was his by right, the Duke orchestrated fake supply shortages to force his citizens into desperate rebellion.
To maintain his grip, the Duke formed dark pacts with a desperate Drukhari kabal known as the Children of Thorns. Throw in an unexpected Ork invasion from Waaagh! Grimtoof, and you have the recipe for the only definitively successful secessionist group in 40K history.

With the Eye of Terror massively expanded after the fall of Cadia, Perturabo has set his sights on building the "Infinite Citadel" and claiming the highly-valuable Forge World of Agripinaa. But to get there, Warsmith Kravek Morne has to do some serious house cleaning. Listen in as the boys break down the Iron Warriors sneaking up on the Black Legion "Grave Robbers" who were looting Cadia, leading to the brutal execution of Lord Iordax Quan. From there, it's an all-out meat grinder on Toros Tertium against Ursula Creed and the Cadian 8th.
