Ep 78: The Sandwich Shop w/ Andrew Barber

    2026-06-17 | 54 mins.
Actor and comedian Andrew Barber (@isandrewenough) comes on the show to talk about growing up in Tsawwassen, BC. Giving his weed smoking spots names, going to see The Backrooms on mushrooms, historical re-enactors being too in character. Mark talks about taking a first class flight once and the tiny VHS cassettes the plane had to play movies. That takes up a lot more time than you’d think. In our town, Andrew builds Black Sabbath Sandwich - a store with a long legacy and a very odd owner. We also revisit Slippery and Stationary, the water park we built last episode and check in with the caveman, Kratom. And he builds a plane museum that has a “mile high club” section.

    Ep 75: The Musical w/ @antronsongs

    2026-05-27 | 48 mins.
Viral TikTok sensation and musical theatre wizard Anton Lipovetsky (@antronsongs) stops by the show to provide our most musical episode ever! He starts off hot with an original song all about THE TOWN!!! He then talks about growing up in Vancouver, playing in bands, music stores, writing musicals, and his fear of improv. We then go into the town and meet a busker and bylaw officer. The band “dirt” forms and then gets busted by the cops. Two musical theatre creators pitch a musical called “Lovers at Lick Lake” and we head to Buck Flicks - a second run movie theatre and hear a song about the “concession pit”.
