A partir de su experiencia en YOUNGO, explica la estructura del proceso de la COP y cómo la juventud puede influir en los resultados mediante intervenciones oficiales, diplomacia informal y coordinación estratégica. Subraya que las personas jóvenes no son observadoras pasivas: son organizadoras, negociadoras y lideresas o líderes que están dando forma a la política climática.Shurabe hace un llamado a una mayor inclusión de la juventud en las delegaciones nacionales, a contar con financiamiento accesible y a establecer marcos de rendición de cuentas que garanticen que su participación no sea solo simbólica.
