    Street TV podcast episode 16, Alex Alonso interviews Judson Bacot and Bobby "Big Bob the Hawk" Crear about their experience as first generation Westside Crips in Los Angeles. Although the Crips started on the Eastside by Raymond Washington, it was the Westside Crips making the news headlines in 1972 with the murder of Robert Ballou at the Hollywood Palladium. London came into Blood alley in the late 1960s when they were fading out. But by 1969, he transitioned into a new group, the Hoover Park Family.
