It's officially "Hurricane" season as we head to Charlotte Motor Speedway this weekend. Motorsports reporter Jeff Gluck sits down with the "Hurricane" Carson Hocevar himself to talk about the new episode of NASCAR Rising which focuses on his life as a content creator and driver. Also, Jeff welcomes his parents Mike and Susan Gluck to the show to get their impressions of the Chase so far and the current state of NASCAR.

Joe Gibbs Racing struck back in Las Vegas, but it wasn't the driver we expected ending up in victory lane. After Denny Hamlin suffered a disastrous Sunday, his JGR teammate Chase Briscoe executed a nearly perfect day, capturing the victory and putting himself back into points contention. Going into the Chase, it was appearing to be "Denny Hamlin's year" once again. But after four monster performances by Kyle Larson and the 5-team, we are left with many questions about Denny and Toyota Racing as a whole. Bristol was quite the eventful evening this past weekend, but now we're moving from flying fists to championship implications. As the NASCAR Cup Series begins its three race stretch of intermediate tracks in Kansas this coming week, many in the industry feel that the true championship favorite will emerge. Motorsports reporter Jeff Gluck is back with a new episode of the Gluckcast to take a closer look at the coming week in Kansas, as well as get further insight behind the scenes of the famed Ryan Blaney/Carson Hocevar fight at Bristol.
