Wells gets manhandled by his own nieces and nephews in a water basketball game he compares to fighting Jake Paul, then tears up over a dance dedicated to a contestant's late mom on Dancing With the Stars: The Next Pro. Brandi has her first ever caviar bump and gets told by Wells that turning one down would be "financially irresponsible," right before she invents a whole new way to say the common phrase "nickel and dime."
They also debate self driving cars and spiral into a full Bigfoot conspiracy (including a theory on female Bigfoots, or "Littlefeets"). Wells is recovering from three whirlwind days at The Open Championship. And of course, he returns with some hot takes, a driver named Graham, and a new rule: if your man yells "mashed potatoes" at a golf shot, immediate divorce!! Wells can't believe that a World Series MVP (Mookie Betts) spent an entire round of golf calling him "Wellsy," and that World Cup tourists are trying to smuggle ranch dressing home through LAX. And Brandi is still knee-deep in a renovation nightmare that keeps getting worse.
As if her reno experience wasn't terrible enough, a dumpster truck ran over two tubs of paint in Brandi's driveway, and one missing sink faucet has turned into a seven-week (and counting) waiting game. Meanwhile Wells had the best 24 hours of his year involving a pool party turned into hotdogs, oysters and martinis, a hungover 8:30am beer at his Golf Channel show, and a round at Lakeside with Dodgers star Mookie Betts where he shot the best round of his life, which led him to drink more, because personal best, duh! They came into today's episode with nothing prepped ("literally zilch"), so they end up settling the aioli-vs-ranch debate and workshop who'd be Matt's real-life hall pass since, apparently, he "doesn't have one."
