The case involved claims of digital piracy, unauthorized use, and unpaid royalties, ultimately resulting in a favorable judgment in a Miami court.

We also explore the cultural importance of the Caribbean and Hispanic artists behind these recordings. While some may be unfamiliar to mainstream audiences, their music has influenced generations and is increasingly being sampled by major artists, including Cardi B and Bad Bunny.
