  • Episode 15: Amanda Marie Ray & Neely Shane Smith
*This story does cover the death of 2 minors so listeners discretion is advised* Welcome back to Queen City Homicides everyone! I am so sorry for the long break but we are back with new episodes. In 1981, 5-year-old Neely Shane Smith was last seen playing outside before she disappeared. It would take 2 months before her body was found. Detectives saw obvious connections from Neely's case to another case of a missing 10-year-old girl named Amanda Marie Ray. Amanda went missing 19 months before Neely. The city was left in a state of fear. Two beautiful, little girls missing and then found murdered. Who could do this to Amanda and Neely?
