Still learning this world of streaming Pastor Gilbert has made it his passion always looking for new streaming ideas. (CPR &WEBTV) Caribbean Christian Broadcasting is that new idea, a place to stream uninterrupted. The goal of CPR &WEBTV is to allow ministries to stream through it’s platform.
