Talking Scheetz

Two big announcements on Talking Scheetz! Chris and Baillie officially unveil the La-Z-Boy Studio and announce their leap to the radio waves across Parkland County, Leduc, and Ponoka on The One.
Plus, in this week's breakdown, they tackle Halloween trick-or-treat chaos, the return of Movember mustaches, Sir Patrick Stewart’s legacy, and the Milwaukee Brewers' miracle win. To wrap it all up, they discuss the upcoming Glee reboot and surviving the ultimate family move, fuelled entirely by Mother Dough cinnamon bun lattes.

Public speaker, podcaster, and Amazing Race Canada winner Tyler Smith joins the pod for a candid, heartfelt, and humorous conversation.
From growing up playing sports and working at the local golf course in Leduc to navigating trauma, mental health, and moving forward after the tragic Humboldt Broncos bus crash, Tyler opens up about his journey, the power of strong support systems, and learning to appreciate the light after facing dark times.

This week, we’re diving into fall vs. autumn debate, weighted sleep masks, shouting out local Edmonton volunteers, and ranting about our biggest Bull Scheetz from airline point traps to expensive moving boxes.

This week, Baillie and Chris recap hosting Lasso Your Love at the CFR, discuss those dastardly L.A. Dodgers, and rave about Edmonton’s Central Park aka the recently renovated Hawrelak Park.

Straight out of Edmonton’s sister city Nashville, this week’s episode features power couple CJ Roberts and Hayley Stonehouse aka the Cannoli Cowboy and Cowgirl. Their business the Cowboy Cannolis has become a viral sensation, recently eclipsing a billion views on social media. We talk about what it’s like to be crowned one of Nasvhille’s 25 most beautiful people, the cannoli origin story, and getting off your apps when it comes to dating.
