  • 07 - Dr. Richard Marshall on Fun, Fear and Function
Dr. Richard Marshall (@rmmarshall) is an older practitioner based in Edinburgh Scotland. He originally planned to speak about 'Fun, Fear and Function' at an event called 'Art of Retreat', but due to Covid, he never got to deliver it. In the podcast we broke down Fun, Fear and Function and the realities of accessible parkour coaching. We also connected many of the theories of accessible coaching to the realities of what's happening at the class. Richard wanted to use the podcast to advocate for many other older practitioners out there. So here's a list he came up with: @ehtraining @audax.corde @osvaldo_parkour @briandavidhorn @denise.hesketh.7 @somebodysysop @gustavomacintosh @pkover40 @parkourover40 @gnrosane @parkour_40s @un_chauve_en_baskets @latebloomerluan   And some in the atypical category: @little.parkour.hulk @parkour_racky @thatfatfreerunner   And here are some hashtags: #parkourover60 #parkourover50  #parkourover40 #parkourinmy60s #fitover40 #fitover50 #fitover60 #fitnessover60 #nevertoooldtodoparkour #pk4life #parkourforlife #pk60 #neverstopmoving   Follow us on Instagram: @JumpintoParkour Or visit the website
