Brad Walter: Can the Warriors continue their red hot form?
Warriors co-captain Mitch Barnett is giving little weight to his side's equal-best start to an NRL campaign through eight games, ahead of tonight's contest against the Dragons in Wollongong. Relief from the New Zealand Cricket Players Association over news the Pakistan Super League will change locations ... amid military conflict with India. The future of both countries' respective T20 franchise competitions was up in the air, with 14 New Zealanders playing in either the PSL or the Indian Premier League. Dame Noeline Taurua: Will NZ netball give Grace Nweke special dispensation?
Silver Ferns coach Dame Noeline Taurua is rapt with the performances of Grace Nweke [weh-keh] to start the Super Netball season for the New South Wales Swifts. Calls are rising for an exemption to be made for the shooter to be able to represent New Zealand this year despite being based overseas. Nweke's Swifts are unbeaten through four games and face the Melbourne Vixens tomorrow. Taurua says she's already seen shifts in Nweke's game.
