    299. The New Era of Style Part 2

    2026-06-05 | 12 mins.
The Question That Changes the Game
What if the biggest shift in your style, confidence, visibility, and life came
    down to a single question?
In this episode of The Art of Becoming Visible, I'm exploring the question that
has the power to transform the way you get dressed, make decisions, show
up in the world, and reconnect with yourself.
For years, many women have been conditioned to ask, "How do I look?" But
what happens when we replace that question with something far more
    powerful?
This conversation is about moving from approval to alignment, from
performance to presence, and from dressing for everyone else to dressing for
    yourself.
    In this episode, you'll discover:
✨ Why asking "How do I look?" keeps so many women stuck in self-doubt and
    second-guessing
✨ The simple question that creates greater confidence, authenticity, and self-
    trust
✨ How this shift reflects the new era of style - and why it changes everything
If you've been feeling disconnected from yourself, your style, or your voice,
this episode is your invitation to come home to who you really are.

    298. The New Era of Style: Part 1

    2026-05-29 | 27 mins.
Midlife Women on the Verge of a Breakdown
If you've scrolled through Instagram or Tiktok recently, you may have noticed something.
Midlife women are no longer dressed 'appropriately' or 'for their age', but instead they are rocking outfits that are bold, colorful, and that fly in the face of convention.
I've noticed that - while the majority of the comments made on my reels are positive - there are still plenty that tell me women are playing by the old rules.
    Comments like
Those pants are too short (when referring to cropped pants)

    Lose the brows

You're too old to wear that

    Not at your age, honey.

Well, ladies, if this is your current mindset, get ready, because I am going to blow your mind and all you thought you new about style - right out the window.

    297. The Most Underrated Act of Visibility is Choosing Yourself

    2026-05-19 | 9 mins.
There comes a moment in a woman's life when she realizes she has spent
    years waiting to be chosen.
    Chosen by the right opportunity.
    Chosen by the right partner.
Chosen by the audience, the client, the world.
And somewhere along the way, she stopped choosing herself.
In today's episode, we're talking about why the most underrated act of
visibility isn't becoming louder, more polished, or more perfect — it's learning
    to choose yourself first.
We'll explore how this shows up in your style, your confidence, your
boundaries, your nervous system, and the identities you're still carrying that
no longer fit the woman you're becoming.
Because visibility doesn't start when the world finally notices you.
It starts the moment you decide you are worthy of being seen.

    296. The Missing Piece No One Ever Taught You About Personal Style

    2026-05-12 | 10 mins.
Why does getting dressed still feel hard… even when your closet is full of
    clothes?
In this episode, I share the hidden reason so many women feel disconnected
from their wardrobes - even after creating capsules, organizing their closets,
or buying all the "right" pieces. We explore the difference between simply
having a functional wardrobe and developing a signature style that truly
    reflects who you are.
If you've ever looked in your closet and thought, "None of this feels like me
anymore," this episode is for you.

    295. 8 Things French Women Never Tolerate in Their Closets

    2026-05-05 | 33 mins.
There's a reason you stand in front of a closet full of clothes… and still feel like
    you have nothing to wear.
It's not because you need more clothes.
It's because you've been taught to tolerate things that quietly drain your
confidence, your energy… and your presence.
Today, we're talking about what French women never allow in their closets -
and more importantly, what you've been unconsciously holding onto that's
keeping you feeling frumpy, invisible, or disconnected from yourself.
    This isn't about fashion.
    It's about identity.
And it might change the way you see everything in your wardrobe.
    In this podcast you'll learn:
    ● The subtle way clothing may be disconnecting you from your body
    ● How chasing trends is keeping you stuck in someone else's identity
    ● The real cost of keeping clothes from a past version of yourself
    ● Why constantly adjusting your outfit is a sign something deeper is off
    ● The one category of clothing French women refuse to tolerate—and
why it matters more than anything else
