Judge Pauses House vs NCAA Approval + Could the NCAA Be Getting Replaced?
Judge Claudia Wilken, who is presiding over the House vs NCAA case refused to allow a final decision on Monday when most expected the final approval to be made. Instead she raised a few issues and asked the lawyers to "fix them" before she would make a ruling. On the same day Washington's Rep. Michael Baumgartner presented HR 2663 to the House of Representatives.
