Charlie Smith is a seasoned Sales Engineering leader with over 13 years of experience driving sales engineering strategy and execution across start-up, high-growth, and enterprise technology organizations. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Global Acquisition Sales Engineering at Arctic Wolf, where he leads a team of 160+ engineers and leaders across the Americas, EMEA, APAC, ASEAN regions, advancing the company’s mission to end cyber risk worldwide. Previously, Charlie served as Vice President of Sales Engineering for North America at Arctic Wolf.
Prior to Arctic Wolf, Charlie had a successful tenure in roles at ServiceNow as Director of Solution Consulting for Strategic Accounts (West), and Senior Manager of Enterprise and Major Accounts, where he and his teams partnered with Fortune 100/1000 clients to accelerate digital transformation initiatives.Earlier in his career, Charlie held leadership and individual contributor roles at EMC Corporation, guiding teams focused on Fortune 1000 clients through complex data storage, security, and hybrid-cloud solutions. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Bethel University and is recognized for building high-performing global teams, scaling technical sales engineering organizations, and aligning innovative solutions with customer business outcomes.

Previously, Ilina spent more than six years at CrowdStrike, where she played a key role in the company’s hypergrowth and IPO, helping establish one of the most trusted brands in cybersecurity. Her career spans both public and private companies as well as agency leadership, and she is recognized for building high-performing teams, elevating executive visibility, and delivering disciplined, purpose-driven communications.

Will Briggs brings over a decade of experience in technology and security sales with a focus on strategic channel program development, distribution, and partner relationships and profitability. As SVP of Global Channels, Will leads our go-to-market alignment and operational efficiencies with our EMEA and ANZ Channel efforts. He also has responsibility for the channel strategy, vision, and execution of the Arctic Wolf Partner Program globally.
Will oversaw Arctic Wolf's transition to a 100 percent channel go-to-market strategy, and along with his dedicated channel sales and marketing team, Will launched the Arctic Wolf Partner Portal and the Arctic Wolf On-Demand Training Program. Prior to Arctic Wolf, Will specialized in growing the channel business with top partners at Code42, Dell EMC and Compellent Technologies. Will holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Kansas and is driven and passionate about continuous growth and development.
