Prior to joining AW in 2017, he helped build out the Customer Success function at Code42 which is where he first learned about the importance of Customer Success in a subscription business. Additional sales experience at Dell/Compellent and a local MSP/VAR have also brought additional perspective to the Arctic Wolf go to market motion. She holds a BSc in Computer Science from Western University with a specialization in software engineering. Lisa was awarded the IT World Canada (ITWC) Top 20 Canadian Cyber Women of 2023. She is an active contributor to many podcasts and publications.
