Prior to that, Aaron spent time at Seagate and started his career at the accounting firm Deloitte. Outside of work, his family keeps him busy with two teenagers and a tween!

He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Global Acquisition Sales Engineering at Arctic Wolf, where he leads a team of 160+ engineers and leaders across the Americas, EMEA, APAC, ASEAN regions, advancing the company’s mission to end cyber risk worldwide. Previously, Charlie served as Vice President of Sales Engineering for North America at Arctic Wolf.
    Prior to Arctic Wolf, Charlie had a successful tenure in roles at ServiceNow as Director of Solution Consulting for Strategic Accounts (West), and Senior Manager of Enterprise and Major Accounts, where he and his teams partnered with Fortune 100/1000 clients to accelerate digital transformation initiatives.Earlier in his career, Charlie held leadership and individual contributor roles at EMC Corporation, guiding teams focused on Fortune 1000 clients through complex data storage, security, and hybrid-cloud solutions. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Bethel University and is recognized for building high-performing global teams, scaling technical sales engineering organizations, and aligning innovative solutions with customer business outcomes.
