今天这集，我想聊一个最近很「热门」的冰雪主题：Winter Olympics冬季奥运会。
就在前几天，今年2026年的冬季奥运才刚刚落幕，今年的冬季奥运举办的地点是在意大利北部像是米兰等城市，而今年的冬季奥运一如往常的带来很多的话题和storyline。
今天这集，我想要带你们从冬奥的历史，讲讲冬奥怎么诞生、怎么变成现在的样子；一直到近年来体育赛事怎么会变成国家力量展现和角逐的重头戏，很有趣哦，准备好了吗？Let's get it rolling！

The "Miracle on Ice" (1980):A legendary moment in sports history where a team of American college students defeated the professional Soviet team. It’s the ultimate symbol of the Cold War rivalry (冷战对峙) played out on ice.
Subculture vs. Mainstream:Snowboarding is the best example. It started as a "rebellious" (反叛的) street culture and was even banned from resorts before becoming one of the most popular Olympic events.

新年假期过了，Happy Belated Chinese New Year, everyone.
在新年之前，因为都在介绍中国新年，有一个很有趣而且大家都在庆祝的节日背后的故事我却忘记介绍了，那就是——
Valentine's Day，情人节。
在情人节的时候：餐厅订不到、花变超贵、社群上忽然一堆粉红色，单身的人突然有点尴尬，有伴的人突然有点压力。
可是问题来了——

今天这一集，我想做的不是教大家怎么过情人节，
而是来介绍情人节这个节日是怎么来的，
这个节日，一开始其实非常不浪漫，甚至还令人有点悲伤。
