More about Keana Renee
Keana Renee Ingram has overcome plenty in her life. She went through years of suffering from lack of self-esteem, no confidence, people-pleasing, no sense of self-worth, and emotional abuse. Keana often played herself small. Instead of accepting this, she decided to make a new truth for herself. She pushed pass her issues and found ways to love herself, conquer her fears and seek additional help and resources that have emboldened her and allowed her to live the life God intended for her. She reduced the complicated for a more wholesome, simplistic approach.
Keana is now a sought-after leader in the nonprofit education arena. She is also highly skilled with youth development, college and career planner, a business development strategist, visionary, organizational leader and a master trainer. She just added published author with her book, 2 Words for The Soul: A simplistic handbook of living a life of self-love.
She enjoys sharing her story with other women and helps them discover their inner beauty by stepping out of their comfort zones. Her signature life coaching program, The S.E.X.X.Y. Breakthrough Series has helped so many already. When she finds the time, Keana enjoys skating, music, the arts, traveling, and, above all, spending time with her family and loved ones.
