Lost confidence in your body?
Feeling like you need to lose weight to be confident? It's a common belief that confidence is tied to having a smaller, more attractive body in social settings.
This bias can lead us to think that weight loss is the only way to true confidence. But confidence isn't just about looks - it's about accepting yourself and trusting your worth.
Pushing yourself to prove your worth shouldn't come from self-hate or feeling exhausted. It's about finding inner strength and shutting out negative self-talk. You deserve to feel good without the pressure.
Today, I'll delve into why you might feel compelled to believe that shedding weight or altering your physique is necessary to boost your confidence.
Believing that confidence necessitates a certain appearance, consider how you can cultivate a new approach through practice.

EP 52 Unlock Your Body's Potential: Let Go, Embrace Freedom from Pain, and Cultivate Connection with Others.
“Letting go of resistance is like saying yes to life” Tara Brach
In today's podcast, we explore the significance of engaging in mobility exercises to release pent-up emotions stored in our bodies due to our resistance towards them. Struggling to control your life and feeling out of touch with your body?
Releasing physical tension can help unload emotional burdens. When distrust towards your body lingers, a gap forms between you and others, especially during physical discomfort.
If rejection based on body appearance has led to detachment and physical pain, it's time to let go of emotions.
When fibromyalgia hit in my late twenties, I believed strict control over diet, movement, and appearance was vital for acceptance. But this approach caused more distance and anguish.
Embracing self-connection without “control" revealed a profound bond with my body and the world, marking a liberating release of once-repressed emotions.
Tapping into your body fosters a deeper connection with others. Imagine the freedom from releasing tension in your body and life. Letting go cultivates positive energy and meaningful connections.
Isn't this the essence of living?

EP 51 Embrace Your Uniqueness: You Are More Than Enough!
On Today’s PODCAST
I Want you to KNOW YOU ARE ENOUGH…
You are SO SMART
You are SO AMAZING
You are a multifaceted human being…
You are worthy!
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SACRIFICE YOURSELF TO DESERVE LOVE…
It's easy to get caught up in the constant pressure and expectations of society. We often find ourselves comparing our lives, accomplishments, and even our appearances to those around us.
But the truth is, you are more than enough just as you are.
No amount of external validation can ever replace the worth that comes from within yourself. You are a unique individual with your own strengths, talents, and passions. And that makes you special.
So the next time you feel the pressure to compare yourself to others, take a step back and remember that you are enough just as you are. Embrace your uniqueness and celebrate all that makes you who you are. And remember, your worth does not come from anyone else – it comes from within yourself.

EP 50 Unlock Your Desires: Find Relief and Achieve Success, Your Way!
On today's podcast, I'm excited to share what sets me apart as a Coach and why my approach stands out from other programs and frameworks. My clients often express their surprise, saying, "I'm receiving so much more than I ever imagined possible. I had no idea!"
Sometimes, we limit ourselves by holding onto what we think we know. As women sometimes we get stuck, listening to what others want for us. It’s true, evidence exists to reinforce why we might be stuck. And we don’t know what we want, (without believing others will suffer if we choose it for ourselves) again evidence exists to “prove” it.
But what if it's time to let go of those beliefs in order to achieve what we truly desire? I invite you to take a listen, especially if you're seeking to unlock your deepest desires and discover your own personal version of success in life.
