👩💻Clean up your phone and email- Remove the unwanted apps and unsubscribe from the unnecessary emails. Here's your permission to turn your phone on silent and do not disturb.
🍴Kitchen Efficiency- Keep only what you need. This will make cooking much simpler!
📝 Use paper and pen, not only apps. Who doesn't love a fun notebook or planner?
