  • Ep 401: Throwback to Ep165: More Random Thoughts To Transform Your Life
    Start Your Transformation Now⁠  As I was thinking about this week’s episode and what I wanted to share I had an epiphany: I have tons of things to share with you sitting right on my desk. For decades I have taken notes when talking to my brother-in-law, the shaman. Over the years I’ve gone through the notes and taken an inventory of myself and my own growth and often I add to the notes with my own assessment of self-growth. As I was thinking about this week’s episode I had a stack of notes on my desk that are simply personal notes to myself and I thought, “Why don’t I share this with people?” The podcast is never contrived or orchestrated in any way others than to serve you and perhaps give you food for thought, and when I had this idea earlier I decided to just share with you some of the bullets from my personal notes. The thoughts I share this week have been life-changing for me and I think you’ll also find value. I could give the bullet points I talk about here in this write-up but that ruins all the fun of new discovery, so, listen to this week’s episode and I’m curious so to whether or not you like the impromptu format of this episode.   • Ep 399: Throwback to Ep111: Your Life Is Your Life Because Of You
    Start Your Transformation Now⁠  I KNOW you’ve heard it a bazillion times, you know, something along the lines of “You are the creator of your life,” etc…etc, blah, blah. Well, it’s true and the $64,000 question you should be asking yourself is this: “If it’s true then how come I don’t have everything I want in life?” The reason you don’t have all that you want is because, the conundrum, you are the creator of your life. Better said, you’re full of self-deception, self-illusion and full of mental toxicity…even if you don’t yet recognize it. Being a BEing of consciousness and energy you go through your days absorbing everything you see, hear and experience. And, because you do this, you absorb toxicity and don’t know it. The unfortunate thing is that this toxicity is actually what keeps you from what you want in life. I have to admit, what I’m going to suggest in this episode can be a lifetime growth process for most of us, however, it’s a higher stage of evolution for all of us and it helps you create the life experience you want in this lifetime.
