Ep. 9 | Dr. Tyna Moore on GLP-1 Micro Dosing, HRT, Joint Healing, and Why She Got Censored
2026-10-09 | 1h 19 mins.Dr. Tyna Moore is one of the most censored voices in the peptide and HRT space. She’s a naturopathic doctor with decades of clinical experience in regenerative medicine and was one of the first practitioners advocating for intelligent, individualized use of GLP-1s before it was mainstream. Instagram silenced her in 2024 right as the conversation was heating up. Today she’s here to set the record straight.
We get into the origins of GLP-1 micro dosing, the LDN analogy that actually explains it, how censorship twisted her message into a vanity weight loss narrative, and why she believes GLPs are one of the greatest longevity tools we have. We also cover HRT for perimenopausal women, retatrutide, injectable joint therapies, and things that have never been discussed publicly before.
Topics covered: GLP-1 micro dosing explained, LDN vs GLP-1 mechanism, how censorship shaped the narrative, canc3r and COVID data, retatrutide for perimenopausal women, HRT before or after GLP, the 35% weight loss study, joint health and when BPC-157 stops working, prolotherapy and PRP, tachyphylaxis and the blast and cruise model, estrogen receptors in the brain, and what your partner’s TRT could be doing to your hormones.

⚠️ This podcast is for research and educational purposes only. Nothing discussed constitutes medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before making any changes to your health protocol.- P21 is one of my favorite brain peptides. It's also one of the least talked about. In this masterclass I break down everything I know about it. That includes the mechanism, the research, and how I actually use it.Here's the honest part up front. There is zero published human data on P21.
Everything we have comes from cell and animal studies. The dosing I share is built from my own experience and what I've seen with clients.
So why do I care about it? P21 is a small synthetic peptide built from CNTF, a protein that helps neurons survive. In animals it raises BDNF, which is basically fertilizer for your brain. It also grew new neurons in the memory center, rebuilt synapses, and reduced tau tangles in Alzheimer's models.I played a lot of football and took a lot of hits.
Concussion recovery is personal for me, and P21 is a big part of how I approach it.I also cover who should skip it, my three dosing tiers, cycling, reconstitution, and how it stacks up against Cerebrolysin, Semax, and Dihexa.
Just don't expect Limitless. P21 is a slow brain tune-up, and that's exactly why I like it.For research and entertainment purposes only.

👇 ALL MY LINKS IN ONE PLACE: https://hunterwilliamshealth.com/links - Glutathione is the most boring compound I use. It's also one I'd put in my top five peptides.Your cells make it every day. It's your main internal antioxidant, the buffer that soaks up the damaging byproducts of making energy. Levels drop with age, alcohol, illness and hard training.
When that tank runs low, a lot of other therapies stop working as well.In this masterclass I break down redox in plain English. Then I cover who actually benefits and who can probably skip it. I walk through every delivery route and what the human data shows for each. Plain oral does a little. Liposomal does a lot more.I share my three dosing tiers, how I think about cycling, and why I keep injections away from the hours after training. We get into reconstitution, the taurine trick for injection sting, and storage. I also talk about the transdermal version I've been testing.
That one is anecdote only, with no controlled human data yet.Plus why I pair it with mitochondrial peptides, and why toxic burden may be behind a lot of stalled GLP-1 results. If your protocol has plateaued and you can't figure out why, start here.
👇 ALL MY LINKS IN ONE PLACEhttps://hunterwilliamshealth.com/links - Most peptides get knocked for having no human trials.
ARA-290 is one of the few that does. Randomized, placebo-controlled studies show it regrowing small nerve fibers. In this masterclass I walk through where it came from. It was built out of EPO, the kidney hormone made famous by blood doping. The researchers kept the tissue repair side and left out the red blood cell side.
So no rise in hematocrit, which is how thick your blood runs, and no added clotting risk.I cover who this is for. Mainly diabetic neuropathy, small fiber neuropathy from sarcoidosis, and unexplained burning nerve pain.
I also cover who should skip it. If a herniated disc is pressing on a nerve, this won't decompress anything. Then we get practical. The 2017 trial found 4 mg a day beat both 1 mg and 8 mg. I go through cycling, week by week expectations, and why I'd run it before BPC-157 and TB-500. I explain why some vials gel up and how phosphate-buffered saline fixes it.The limits are in here too.
The longest trial ran twelve weeks. The long COVID use is anecdotal only.I don't use it myself. I don't have neuropathy. But if nerve pain is your problem, this one can be a godsend.
