    Steroids and Ozempic are cheating… But you are only cheating yourself in the long run… because you are not learning how to achieve a goal… you are cheating with these drugs and robbing yourself of true confidence.

    I Ran 3-5 Miles a day every day and was still super fat at 22 Years old. Because I ate poison food. It didn’t work because you can’t outrun a bad diet

    Now At 38 Years old I am super lean without doing any cardio, because I eat real/healthy food that I make myself.
